Softball Recap: Valley Center Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Valley Center's offense. They came up short against the Central Spartans on Friday, falling 6-0. The Jaguars were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Spartans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2022.

Valley Center has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-21 record this season. As for Central, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-15.

As of now, neither Valley Center nor the Spartans have any future games scheduled.
