River Valley not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since April 24th (when they won 13-2). They blew past the Eau Claire Beavers 12-2. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 7-2 victory on Monday.

The win made it two in a row for River Valley and bumps their season record up to 10-12. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 4 runs in those games. As for Eau Claire, they are on a 25-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-18.

Coming up, River Valley will head out to take on Watervliet at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers' pitching crew has only allowed 3.4 runs per game this season, so the Mustangs' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
