Basketball Recap: Tesoro Falls Short of Rancho Verde in the Playoffs

Tesoro and Rancho Verde squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Tesoro had to settle for second. They fell to the Rancho Verde Mustangs 61-56. The Titans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mustangs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2023.

Tesoro's defeat dropped their record down to 18-11. As for Rancho Verde, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 23-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Tesoro nor Rancho Verde have any future games scheduled.
