Volleyball Recap: Pacific Takes a Loss

Pacific was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 23rd straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Rubidoux Falcons, falling 3-0. The Pirates were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.

Pacific was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-22, 25-20.

Pacific's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Rubidoux, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pacific will face off against Valley View at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Rubidoux, they will take on Moreno Valley at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday.
