Soccer Game Preview: Bermudian Springs vs. South Western

The Bermudian Springs Eagles will take on the South Western Mustangs at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The timing is sure in Bermudian Springs' favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while South Western has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road.

On Tuesday, Bermudian Springs didn't have quite enough to beat Biglerville and fell 2-1. While losing is never fun, Bermudian Springs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 261st, while Biglerville are ranked 93rd).

Meanwhile, South Western kept a clean sheet against Spring Grove on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Rockets, sneaking past 1-0.

South Western's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-8 and their overall record up to 2-11. As for Bermudian Springs, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5-1.
