Bastrop skates past Beekman with ease

The Bastrop Rams have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 games by 20 points or more this season. They breezed by Beekman on the road to the tune of 63-12. The win was familiar territory for Bastrop who now have three in a row.

Bastrop's win on Tuesday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jameiah Peoples, who scored 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kayleah Wilson, who scored 12 points.

Bastrop's victory was their ninth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-0-1. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 37.33 points. As for Beekman, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Bastrop will head out on the road to face off against JS Clark Leadership Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in JS Clark Leadership Academy's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last eight contests. Beekman will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Ouachita Christian at 6:00 p.m. on January 4, 2024.
