Recap: Kamiakin Braves vs. Pasco Bulldogs

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Kamiakin Braves walked away with it. They breezed by the Bulldogs at home to the tune of 74-24 on Thursday. The victory was nothing new for Kamiakin as they're now sitting on 20 straight.

Kamiakin's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Nicole Wertenberger, who scored 22 points along with three steals. Aubrie Herrin was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with eight assists and three blocks.

Kamiakin pushed their record up to 21-1 with that victory, which was their 12th straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.2 points per game. As for Pasco, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-18.

Kamiakin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 64-43 win vs. Central Valley on the 10th. Pasco has also already played their next game, a 57-34 loss against Richland on the 10th.
