While South Haven put up plenty of runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Martin. The Rams blew past the Clippers 16-0. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won seven contests by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for South Haven and bumps their season record up to 9-8. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3 runs in those games. As for Martin, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

South Haven wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 6-3 victory against Galesburg-Augusta on the 17th. As for Martin, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-0 defeat against Parchment on the 17th.
