Basketball Recap: Alsea Comes Up Short

Alsea was the 42-39 winner over Waldport when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wolverines took a 45-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Irish on Tuesday.

Alsea's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Waldport, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Coming up, Alsea will challenge Livingstone Adventist Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Waldport, they will face off against Powers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
