Basketball Recap: Fort Leboeuf Extends Home Winning Streak to Six

Fort LeBoeuf had won five straight home games dating back to last season and Carson Papay did his part to make it six on Saturday. The Fort LeBoeuf Bison were the clear victor by a 66-42 margin over the Slippery Rock Rockets thanks in part to Papay, who went 10 of 16 on his way to 26 points. The game was his seventh in a row with at least ten points.

Fort LeBoeuf's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Slippery Rock, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-3.

Fort LeBoeuf will host Oil City at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Fort LeBoeuf has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 223 points over their last three matches. As for Slippery Rock, they will take on Fairview at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Slippery Rock is facing Fairview at the right time seeing as Fairview is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
