Northwood has gone 6-1 against Bossier recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Northwood Falcons will host the Bossier Bearkats at 7:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Northwood's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while Bossier has been banged up by nine consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

Last Thursday, Northwood was fully in charge, breezing past Washington 46-14 at home. The Falcons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matches by 26 points or more this season.

Jaxon Bentzler was his usual excellent self, throwing for 116 yards and three touchdowns, while also punching in two touchdowns on the ground. Kyran Johnson helped Bentzler out on the ground, rushing for 61 yards and a touchdown, while also catching two touchdowns.

Northwood didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Jerimiah Johnson and Justin Thomas. Christian Blackmon was another major factor on D, picking up two sacks and making five total tackles (3.0 for loss).

Meanwhile, a victory for Bossier just wasn't in the cards on Thursday as the team wasn't able to take the lead at any point. They were dealt a 51-6 loss at the hands of Loyola College Prep.

Northwood's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Bossier, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.
