It was fun while it lasted, but Craig's undefeated season came to an end after five games on Thursday. They fell just short of the Redington Huskies by a score of 52-50. The loss was the Panthers' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Craig fell to 5-1. As for Redington, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Craig will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Metlakatla at 7:00 p.m. on February 14th. As for Redington, they will challenge Susitna Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
