Taylor had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Wednesday. They walked away with a 61-50 win over the Indian Hill Braves. Given the Yellowjackets' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 115th, while the Braves are ranked 256th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Taylor pushed their record up to 11-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.0 points per game. As for Indian Hill, they moved to 8-7 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Taylor will venture away from home to face off against Wyoming at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Wyoming will roll in looking for their 14th straight win, something Taylor surely won't give up without a fight. As for Indian Hill, they will head out on the road to take on Deer Park at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
