London had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Tecumseh Arrows as they made off with a 12-4 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 16-6 last Monday.

London got a massive performance out of Gwyn Wieber, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3. Wieber has been hot recently, having posted three or more hits the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Khloe Cunningham, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-4.

London hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least four batters in five consecutive matchups.

London's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-2. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.2 runs over those games. As for Tecumseh, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. London will square off against Indian Lake at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Tecumseh, they will challenge Graham Local at 5:15 a.m. on Friday.
