Volleyball Recap: Waco Comes Up Short at Home Against Killeen

Waco unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Killeen Kangaroos on Tuesday, falling 3-0. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it 20 in a row.

Waco may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored zero points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-0, 25-0, 25-0.

Coming up, Waco will challenge Sunset on Friday. As for Killeen, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Pflugerville on the 12th.
