Softball Recap: Bradley Central Takes a Loss

Bradley Central blew Whitwell out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Friday Whitwell got their revenge. The Bears fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 4-2. The Bears' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Lynlee Hodge made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI.

Bradley Central's defeat dropped their record down to 10-14-1. As for Whitwell, their record now sits at 4-8.

Coming up, Bradley Central will welcome Hixson at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Whitwell, they are taking a road trip to challenge Grundy County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
