Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hobbton). Their defense stepped up to hand the West Columbus Vikings a 9-0 shutout on Tuesday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Hobbton and bumps their season record up to 4-6-1. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 0-5 West Columbus and 1-4 North Duplin. As for West Columbus, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.
