Football Recap: Frankfort Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Frankfort extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to ten on Friday, dropping them down to 0-8. They had to suffer through a 56-0 loss at the hands of the Sayre Spartans. The Panthers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Spartans from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

As for Sayre, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 8.0 points on average over those games.

Hampton Monday went supernova, picking up 92 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Frankfort is set to square off against their familiar foe Berea at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Sayre will take on rival Eminence at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
