Findlay won the last time they faced Southview and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Findlay Trojans pulled ahead with a 32-31 photo finish over the Southview Cougars. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Trojans.

Despite the loss, Southview saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Mikayla Dorn posted ten points and six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Emma Curth, who earned five points.

Findlay's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Southview, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Findlay will venture away from home to take on Northview at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Southview, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Southview Cougars take on the Napoleon Wildcats at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
