Volleyball Recap: Southbridge Comes Up Short

The Southbridge Pioneers came up short against the Advanced Math & Science Academy Eagles on Friday, falling 3-0. The Pioneers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-18, 25-16.

Southbridge's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Advanced Math & Science Academy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Southbridge is set to take on their familiar foe South at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Advanced Math & Science Academy will challenge rival Assabet Valley RVT at 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
