Willard waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with 13 straight wins... but they left with 14. Everything went their way against the Edison Chargers as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 3-1 victory two weeks ago.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Willard was: they took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-6, 25-14.

Teagan Schaffer paced Willard's offense, picking up 11 kills. Schaffer got some help from Mya Stephens and her 16 assists. Stephens was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

When it comes to explaining why Edison lost, don't look at Stella Brown. Despite the final result, she had 15 digs. Brown is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Willard's win bumped their record up to 21-3. As for Edison, they dropped their record down to 10-14 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Willard has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Otsego on the 23rd. Edison does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
