On Tuesday Ethan King scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3. The performance marked the most runs King has had since back in May of 2024. Perhaps unsurprisingly, he's been consistent in that area too: the game was his fourth straight with one or more. This season, he has slashed 0.364/0.563/0.364 with 4 runs.

King's strong effort led Greenwood over Martinsville and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams are at an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2021, but likely not for long.
