Volleyball Recap: Skyline Takes a Loss

Skyline was the 2-1 winner over Portage Northern when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles fell just short of the Huskies by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Skyline's loss dropped their record down to 14-7-1. As for Portage Northern, they pushed their record up to 9-8-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Coincidentally, Skyline and Portage Northern will both be playing Lakeview the next time they take the court. The Huskies will host the Spartans at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, while the Eagles will play them later in the day, at 8:30 p.m.
