Football Game Recap: Hemingford vs. Bayard

Hemingford were fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Bayard 54-12.

Hemingford's offense rushed out of the gates and came up with 42 first-half points. Meanwhile, Bayard couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 42-0 heading into the break. The Hemingford defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 6 and all but finishing the match. The win got Hemingford back to even at 3-3. The defeat dropped Bayard's record to 2-4.

Next week Hemingford take on Morrill at 7:00 PM. Hemingford will be strutting in after a victory while Morrill will be stumbling in from a loss. As for Bayard, they will face off against Perkins County.
