Recap: Chiles Timberwolves vs. Mosley Dolphins

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Chiles Timberwolves can now relate to. They fell 59-52 to the Dolphins on Tuesday. Chiles has struggled against Mosley recently, as their contest on Tuesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Chiles' loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isaiah Bundrage, who scored 19 points along with five rebounds. Trenquarius Strozier was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds.

Even though they lost, Chiles smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive rebounds. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Mosley only pulled down 11 offensive rebounds.

Mosley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Isaiah Smith, who scored 17 points along with five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Raedyn Bruens, who almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine rebounds.

Chiles' defeat dropped their record down to 15-11. As for Mosley, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-9.

Chiles does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mosley, they will take on Buchholz at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Buchholzpresents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Mosley in Florida (Buchholz is ranked 113th, while Mosley is ranked 241st).
