Basketball Game Preview: Anthony Wayne Generals vs. Findlay Trojans

The Anthony Wayne Generals will challenge the Findlay Trojans at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Anthony Wayne has three straight victories, Findlay has 11 straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

If Anthony Wayne beats Findlay with 67 points on Tuesday, it's going to be the squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two matchups with that exact score. Anthony Wayne blew past Northview, posting a 67-37 win. The Generals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Findlay was beaten by Perrysburg 81-37 on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 664th, while the Yellow Jackets are ranked 70th).

Anthony Wayne has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.8 points per game. As for Findlay, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-13.
