Volleyball Recap: Lafayette County Gets the Win

After losing to Nevada the last time they met, Lafayette County decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Cougars walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Blue Jays on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cougars.

Lafayette County's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Nevada, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-7.

Looking ahead, Lafayette County will face off against Trinity Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Nevada, they will head out to face off against Harmony Grove at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Blue Jays are facing the Hornets at the right time seeing as the Hornets are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
