They really took it to the Littleton Lions for the full four quarters, racking up a 78-8 victory on the road. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 58-8.
Colter Blakey went supernova for Eagle Valley, throwing for 171 yards and five touchdowns on only nine passes. Trevor Dunn was in the mix as well, providing Eagle Valley with two touchdowns.
The win got Eagle Valley back to even at 2-2. As for Littleton, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eagle Valley will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Conifer at 7:00 p.m. As for Littleton, they will head out to face off against Denver North at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
