Basketball Recap: Belen Jesuit Find Success

The Belen Jesuit Wolverines strolled past the Jackson Generals with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 61-44 thanks in part to Roche, who went 10 for 20 en route to 26 points. Those 26 points gave him a new career-high.

Jackson lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Jordany Fils-Aime, who posted nine points and seven rebounds. Marioel Jackson was another key player, putting up nine points and five boards.

Belen Jesuit's victory bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Jackson, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.
