Softball Game Preview: Hamilton Township Rangers vs. Logan Elm Braves

Hamilton Township hasn't had much luck against Logan Elm recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Rangers will challenge the Braves at 5:15 p.m. Hamilton Township has given up an average of 11.4 runs per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Hamilton Township is headed into Wednesday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fifth straight game on Monday. They came up short against Amanda-Clearcreek, falling 20-9.

A Keller was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double. That double was her first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of L Baker, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one run.

Meanwhile, Logan Elm came tearing into Tuesday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.5 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Shermans a 10-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Braves, who have now won seven matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.
