Basketball Recap: Greene County Takes a Loss

Greene County lost against Tuscaloosa Academy last Wednesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Greene County Tigers fell 59-51 to the Tuscaloosa Academy Knights. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Greene County's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Tuscaloosa Academy, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-1.

Greene County has already played their next game, a 52-48 win against Holy Spirit Catholic on the 13th. As for Tuscaloosa Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 60-52 victory against Northside on the 11th.
