Alhambra waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They never let the North Mustangs onto the board and left with a 4-0 victory. With that win, the Lions brought their scoring average up to 2.6 goals per game.

They hit North with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Joseph Rocha (2), Freddie Aoci, and Shabani Wasokye.

Alhambra's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-5. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those five contests. As for North, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.

Alhambra didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Fairfax on the 7th. North does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
