Volleyball Recap: Klein Cain Hurricanes vs. Magnolia West Mustangs
Klein Cain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Magnolia West Mustangs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Hurricanes of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September.
Even though they lost, Klein Cain was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Magnolia West only served seven.
Klein Cain's loss dropped their record down to 14-31. As for Magnolia West, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 26-11 record this season.
Klein Cain does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Magnolia West, they will venture away from home to take on West Fork at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
