Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Step of Faith Christian Academy walked away with it. They managed a 52-48 victory over the Community Christian Academy Ambassadors on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Chargers: when they faced off against the Ambassadors last Tuesday, they had to take a 67-52 loss.

Several Ambassadors players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Colton Betosky, who posted 17 points. That was a full 35.4% of Community Christian Academy's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Kyle Landrum was another key player, putting up ten points.

Step of Faith Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Community Christian Academy, they now have a losing record at 7-8.

As of now, neither Step of Faith Christian Academy nor Community Christian Academy have any future games scheduled.
