Baseball Recap: Cleveland Hill Comes Up Short

Cleveland Hill was the 13-8 winner over Holland when they last played one another on May 2nd, but their luck changed this time around. The Golden Eagles lost 9-3 to the Dutchmen on Tuesday. The Golden Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cleveland Hill saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Andrew Majchrzak, who went 1-for-2 with three stolen bases and two runs. Majchrzak has become a key player for the Golden Eagles: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least two stolen bases, but 1-8 otherwise.

Cleveland Hill's record is now 4-9. As for Holland, the win snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 3-6 record.
