Coronado has gone a perfect 9-0 against Palo Duro recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Mustangs will face off against the Dons at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Meanwhile, Palo Duro lost 3-0 to Lubbock-Cooper on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Dons in their meetings with the Pirates: they've now lost seven in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-13, 25-10.

Coronado's defeat dropped their record down to 18-16. As for Palo Duro, their loss dropped their record down to 4-15.

Everything went Coronado's way against Palo Duro in their previous matchup back in September, as Coronado made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Mustangs since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
