Basketball Recap: Nathan Bisnett's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Kettering over Walled Lake Central

Kettering was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against the Walled Lake Central Vikings, falling 50-27. The matchup marked the Captains' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Kettering lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Nathan Bisnett, who posted four points and four steals. Bisnett has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Jordan Jarrell, who had three points and three steals.

Kettering's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Walled Lake Central, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 7-3.

Kettering will head out to square off against Milford at 7:00 p.m. on January 14th. As for Walled Lake Central, they will host Walled Lake Western at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
