It was fun while it lasted, but Wylie's undefeated season came to an end after 18 games on Friday. They fell 2-0 to the Wylie East Raiders. The Pirates were red-hot offensively heading into the game (they scored no less than four goals in the four matchups prior), but the Raiders' defense proved too tough.

Having lost for the first time this season, Wylie fell to 18-1. As for Wylie East, they pushed their record up to 16-2-1 with the victory, which was their ninth straight on the road.

As of now, neither Wylie nor Wylie East have any future games scheduled.
