Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Anson faced off against Mount Pleasant on Friday. The Bearcats took a blow against the Tigers, falling 51-16. The Bearcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-12.

Cheraw's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Anson, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-10.

Cheraw took their win against Anson when the teams last played back in January by a conclusive 53-29 score. Will the Braves repeat their success, or do the Bearcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
