Soccer Recap: Port Charlotte's Luck Changes for the Better on Friday

Port Charlotte won the last time they faced Booker and things went their way on Friday too. The Port Charlotte Pirates walked away with a 3-1 win over the Booker Tornadoes. The victory was some much needed relief for the Pirates as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

They hit Booker with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Mike Wooben, Tristen Coulombe, and Luis Alejandro Duin Garcia.

Port Charlotte's win bumped their record up to 5-8-3. As for Booker, their loss dropped their record down to 8-8-1.

Port Charlotte will face off against Imagine School at North Port at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Port Charlotte is facing Imagine School at North Port at the right time seeing as Imagine School at North Port is stuck on a five-game losing streak. Booker does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
