Softball Recap: Bishop Badgers vs. Sinton Pirates
With a playoff game on the line, Bishop rose to the challenge on Friday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Sinton Pirates a 10-0 shutout. Considering Bishop has won 14 matches by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Amanda Muniz was a standout: she scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jasmine Ramirez, who went 2-for-4 with four RBI, two doubles, and a run.
