Basketball Recap: Florence Takes a Loss

Florence was the 67-42 winner over Sturgeon Bay when they last played one another back in February of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The contest between the Florence Bobcats and the Sturgeon Bay Clippers didn't end well, with the Florence Bobcats falling 59-44.

Florence has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-5 record this season. As for Sturgeon Bay, their victory bumped their record up to 2-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Florence will square off against North Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Florence is facing North Central at the right time seeing as North Central is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Sturgeon Bay, they will look to defend their home court on January 17th against Oconto at 7:00 p.m.
