Volleyball Recap: Atchison Takes a Loss

Atchison lost against Shawnee Mission South back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Phoenix fell 2-0 to the Raiders. The Phoenix have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-13.

Atchison's loss dropped their record down to 10-17-2. As for Shawnee Mission South, their win ended a four-match drought on the road and puts them at 8-15.

Atchison wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Perry-Lecompton on the 11th. As for Shawnee Mission South, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Louisburg on the 11th.
