Volleyball Recap: Hazlehurst Comes Up Short

Hazlehurst was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Loyd Star Hornets.

Hazlehurst's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Loyd Star, the victory was the 15th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-6.

Hazlehurst does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Loyd Star, they will welcome Wilkinson County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
