Chattanooga Prep had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the nine-goal drubbing they dealt Sale Creek on Tuesday. The Sentinels blew past the Panthers 9-0. Chattanooga Prep might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, Bledsoe County earned a 3-1 victory over Upperman on Tuesday.

Chattanooga Prep's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-4. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three games. As for Bledsoe County, their win bumped their record up to 4-1-1.

Chattanooga Prep took their victory against Bledsoe County in their previous matchup back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 9-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Sentinels since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
