Basketball Game Preview: Carver Birmingham Rams vs. Ramsay Rams

Carver Birmingham hasn't had much luck against Ramsay recently, but that could start to change on Friday. Carver Birmingham will head out on the road to face off against Ramsay at 5:00 p.m. Carver Birmingham will be strutting in after a victory while Ramsay will be coming in after a defeat.

Carver Birmingham took a loss when they played away from home on Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They blew past Jackson-Olin 53-31. The Rams not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since January 3rd (when they won 71-47).

Meanwhile, Ramsay came up short against Mountain Brook on Tuesday, falling 67-44.

Carver Birmingham's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Ramsay, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Carver Birmingham was taken down by Ramsay 74-27 in their previous matchup back in February. Can Carver Birmingham avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
