Volleyball Game Preview: Coronado Cougars vs. Rampart Rams

The Coronado Cougars will head out to square off against the Rampart Rams at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Coronado is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Coronado saw some tournament action on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over Mullen.

Coronado never let Mullen on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-23, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Rampart faced Legacy in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. Rampart came up short against Legacy, falling 3-0. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Coronado pushed their record up to 7-0 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Rampart, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.
