Football Game Preview: Brookfield East Spartans vs. Menomonee Falls Phoenix + Official Tickets

The Brookfield East Spartans will take on the Menomonee Falls Phoenix at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Menomonee Falls took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Brookfield East, who comes in off a win.

On Friday, Brookfield East needed a bit of extra time to put away Marquette University. They slipped by the Hilltoppers 29-28. Things were looking grim for the Spartans in the second quarter (they were down by 21) but they stormed back to get the game.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Menomonee Falls' offense. They had to suffer through a 31-0 loss at the hands of Germantown. While losing is never fun, the Phoenix can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin football rankings (they are ranked 93rd, while the Warhawks are ranked 22nd).

The win made it two in a row for Brookfield East and bumps their season record up to 6-2. As for Menomonee Falls, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-5.

Brookfield East beat Menomonee Falls 14-7 in their previous meeting back in September of 2024. Will the Spartans repeat their success, or do the Phoenix have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
