Basketball Recap: Louisiana School for the Deaf Comes Up Short

Louisiana School for the Deaf lost against Mississippi School for the Deaf back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Louisiana School for the Deaf War Eagles lost to the Mississippi School for the Deaf Bulldogs at home by a 42-24 margin.

Mississippi School for the Deaf found their leader in sophomore Chyler Thomas, who posted 27 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Thomas has scored all season.

Louisiana School for the Deaf's loss was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Mississippi School for the Deaf, their win bumped their record up to 9-12.

As of now, neither Louisiana School for the Deaf nor Mississippi School for the Deaf have any future games scheduled.
