Basketball Game Preview: Windsor Academy Knights vs. Covenant Academy Rams + How To Watch

The Windsor Academy Knights are taking a road trip to square off against the Covenant Academy Rams at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Windsor Academy has three straight wins, Covenant Academy has six straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Windsor Academy will bounce into Saturday's contest after beating Covenant Academy, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. The Knights claimed a resounding 72-16 victory over the Rams. The matchup marked the Knights' most dominant win of the season so far.

Windsor Academy can attribute much of their success to Kyndall Bowen, who almost dropped a double-double with 26 points and nine steals, and Kennedi Harris, who dropped a double-double with 22 points and 11 rebounds. That's the most points Bowen has posted since back in January. Another player making a difference was Audrey Dobson, who had six points along with ten boards and five steals.

Windsor Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 33 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in seven consecutive games dating back to last season.

Windsor Academy's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Covenant Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
